Location: Tempe, AZ


Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year


Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental CAD/CAM Designer to join our team in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants using advanced CAD/CAM technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental laboratory processes, a strong understanding of dental anatomy, and proficiency with digital dental design software.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design dental restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, implants) using CAD/CAM technology.
  • Work closely with dentists and other lab technicians to ensure accurate, high-quality restorations.
  • Utilize 3D scanning, CAD software, and milling technology to produce restorations that meet precise specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology and dental design.
  • Review digital impressions and ensure accuracy before proceeding with the design process.
  • Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dental laboratory setting or dental CAD/CAM design.
  • Proficiency with dental design software such as 3Shape, Exocad, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and communicate design specifications clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in CAD/CAM design or relevant dental technology courses.
  • Experience with digital dentistry workflows, including intraoral scanners and 3D printing.
  • Knowledge of various materials used in dental restorations, including zirconia, e.max, and other ceramic materials.
