IPL's 4500 employees also manufacture and market industrial chemicals and fertilizer products & services to customers around the world.What You'll DoAs a Finance Director of Tech and Marketing, you will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will oversee the financial health and strategy of the organization. Other duties include:Ensures compliance with financial regulations and optimizes the organization's financial performance to align with its long-term goals.Finance leadership and support for the for assigned business functionProvide transparency and drive alignmentDesign and maintain financial KPIs, management reporting and results review meetings that provide insightful analysis of performance results, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionable discussionWork collaboratively with managers to establish aggressive budgetsCoordinate and provide structure for the monthly, quarterly, and annual earnings results reporting, budget development and forecast outlook updates.Ability to build collaborative cross-functional working relationships, influence, and gain acceptance of ideas from senior executivesProfessional interpersonal and communication skills supporting regular interaction and communication with senior executives and submissions to the Board.Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership, supporting organizational growth and long-term planning.Build financially sound business cases for product development and investments in technology.Model Financial impacts of supply, manufacturing and commercial decisionsSupport product management, marketing and technology development leaders with budget reporting and trackingProvide strategic guidance, analysis, and governanceWork collaboratively with business partners in the development of the strategy

What We're Looking For:BS degree in Accounting or Finance with additional certification or experience (CPA, CMA, MBA) required10+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting field with at least 5 years in a leadership role and experience in related industries (Mining, Explosives, Chemicals, Agriculture).Progressively increasing responsibility for division P&L results, strategy development, risk evaluation and management, capital expenditure governance and management.Capable of working in a highly matrixed organization with the ability to collaboratively develop and communicate complex business cases and financial models across multiple areas of the businessAdvanced technical and analytical skills to evaluate and understand financial results, identify key performance drivers, and understand complex inter-relationships across the North America businessAbility to motivate a geographically dispersed team of manager level direct reports to accomplish company goalsPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
