About the Role:The

Sales Enablement Learning Design Specialist

plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive learning experiences that empower our sales teams to excel. This position focuses on building structured, role-based learning paths aligned with our competency models, ensuring scalable, impactful enablement solutions. Collaborating across teams—including sales, marketing, product, and enablement—you will create

engaging, effective learning journeys.

What You’ll Do:Design and develop

role-based learning paths

aligned with sales competency models, tailored to the needs of account executives and other sales roles.

Partner with Field Enablement and GTM stakeholders to identify learning objectives and align enablement content with organizational priorities.

Create instructional content for multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and asynchronous learning.

Leverage

LMS/CMS platforms

(e.g., Docebo, Highspot, Seismic) to structure, organize, and manage learning journeys, ensuring content accessibility and alignment.

Develop professional, engaging learning materials, such as presentations, infographics, interactive modules, and supporting assets, maintaining brand consistency.

Incorporate multimedia elements like videos, animations, and interactive assessments to enhance learning engagement and retention.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with sales strategies and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Force Management).

Regularly evaluate and refresh existing content to reflect changing business needs, product updates, and best practices.

Measure and report the impact of learning paths on sales performance, iterating content based on learner engagement and outcomes.

Foster collaboration with the content tools team to ensure seamless integration of learning materials into the LMS and alignment with content aggregation processes.

What You’ll Need:2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning design , preferably in a sales enablement or training role.

Proven expertise in designing structured, role-based learning paths aligned with competency models.

Proficiency with LMS and CMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Litmos, Articulate Rise 360, Highspot, Seismic, Allego) and content lifecycle management.

Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create content for diverse learning modalities (eLearning, instructor-led training, on-demand resources).

Experience in sales enablement, particularly within SaaS or cybersecurity industries, with a solid understanding of the sales process and buyer journey.

Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Force Management.

Proficiency in tools for content creation and design (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Camtasia) and multimedia editing.

Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and refine them based on performance metrics.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs effectively.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:Certification in instructional design or learning experience design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or similar).

Experience designing and scaling enablement programs for global sales teams.

Familiarity with emerging trends in learning technologies and their application in sales enablement.
