As the Sr.
Marketing Manager – Membership,
you will lead the development and execution of our customer facing Membership strategies that drive deeper and more meaningful relationships with our customers. You will garner insights for Membership and align them to our overall enterprise growth strategies to deliver integrated plans that deliver business results to continue building (and sustaining) an engaged membership base. You’ll be responsible for seamlessly integrating the program within the rest of the organization by utilizing the various benefits and tiers as well as looking for more ways to bring our Membership and Financial Services offerings closer together. This role will interface with key business owners and leaders within Best Buy as well as external partners. You’ll report into the Director of Membership and there is a direct report.

his role is hybrid and will be in the Richfield, MN office 3 days per week.
What you’ll do
Responsible for leading our strategy to grow relationships through member acquisition and engagement while also developing future strategic initiatives for growth with internal teams and external partnersUse customer insights and partner with the business team to help shape the future of the My Best Buy memberships offeringsHelp lead the monetization efforts of our most profitable and engaged customers (our paid members)Manages end-to-end integration within key business and customer relationship strategies across the enterpriseDevelopment
Ability to look at relationships with our customers as a whole and determine best overarching strategies for the enterpriseLeverage customer insights, historical results, competitive analysis, and applicable trends to recommend new strategies or innovate off existing strategiesDevelop understanding of the business and membership acumen for excellence in the space in an effort to enable and unlock new opportunitiesActively participate in the team process, meeting all timelines and demonstrating personal commitment to their own success as well as the team’sTakes an active role (along with their leader) in their own personal and career development
Basic qualifications

Marketing, Campaign Management, Loyalty, or related experience6 or more years of people or resource leadership experience (direct or indirect)Self-starter with proven experience leading integrated campaignsStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizationDesire and interest in loyalty programsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelinesPreferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent industry experience4 or more years Membership marketing experience4 or more years Retail experience4
