About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Parkside at Mechanicsville Apartments. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our apartment community. Your main goal will be to ensure that our residents have a positive living experience and that the property is well-maintained. You will be a key player in maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction and retention.
Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in property management or a related fieldStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwarePreferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldExperience with RealPage or other property management softwareBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:
Assist the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the propertyProvide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residentsAssist with leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy ratesEnsure that the property is well-maintained and that all maintenance requests are addressed in a timely mannerAssist with rent collection and other administrative tasks as needed

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will use your strong communication and customer service skills to interact with residents and prospective residents on a daily basis. You will also use your organizational and administrative skills to assist with leasing, rent collection, and other tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software will be essential to your success in this role.
