Edelman is seeking a trend-forward ACD-Art (bring your CW partner if you have one!) for a top retail client. This role calls for a style-savvy creative passionate about trends in social, fashion, beauty, home decor, and design-a visionary who dreams of being inWallpapermagazine. You'll leverage cultural trends, IRL experiences, and sharp design to create standout campaigns that supercharge brands and captivate audiences.
Our team drives some of the world's most buzz-worthy work, like eBay's pre-loved runway shows at NY and London Fashion Week or Dove's guide for coding Black hairstyles in gaming. Here, we don't just follow culture; we aim to change it.

Responsibilities
Work in partnership with an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter and at the direction of creative leadership to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs across a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiences and contentCreate and design campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches that are earned-first and social by designWork in concert with a wide range of specialties including account, strategy, project management, and influencerDevelop tactics which bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectivesManage multiple jobs simultaneously; managing and providing direction to other team members as neededWork closely with a project manager and production partners to schedule projects and coordinate productionPrepare and present client creative presentations; Drive client approval processWork effectively with external vendors and internal colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and budgetBasic Qualifications
At least 6 years experience managing day-to-day changes at every level of detail and handling them with a team oriented, entrepreneurial spiritA bachelor's degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic DesignPreferred Qualifications
A killer online portfolio with proven recent examples of social, traditional, earned, digital, and experiential campaignsPrevious roles in advertising, art direction, and a portfolio of ideas demonstrating strong design, layout, and composition, with a keen eye for photography, typography, and colorStrong, persuasive presentation skills to sell in creative work to internal and external stakeholdersExperience maintaining client contact as needed, building camaraderie to develop trusting relationshipsThe ability to collaborate with PMs and other departments to lead and move projects forward, assisting with budget and schedule development, and potentially managing junior creatives' workAbility to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines while maintaining a high-level of craft and detail in a fast-paced environmentA professional-level mastery of industry-standard design software and tools including the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud, Powerpoint and a working knowledge of FigmaOn-site production/art direction experience for events, activations as well as video, digital, and social platformsPride in your previous work and the ability to speak to it clearly and concisely during the interview process
$86,000 - $133,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
