ABOUT THE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, design, and execute original creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging through all brand touch points.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual assets for our guest and brand experience.
• Lead projects with a creative team, setting direction for all collaborators to generate creative concepts that meet marketing and revenue-driving strategies.
• Interpret and integrate creative feedback to advance work.
• Concurrently handle multiple projects and campaigns.
• Participate in creative meetings to storyboard, brainstorm and align on creative direction for all brand revenue-driving channels.
• Maintain and organize archives of all digital creative assets while providing access to specific users.
• Lead professional photo and video shoots, including developing shot lists, casting, prop sourcing, run of show, and food styling for production days.
• Maintain schedule and quality to ensure job deadlines are met.
• Manage production of collateral; printed pieces, menu updates, web, social media, mock-up, and environmental graphics for future concepts.

• The Graphic Designer requires a minimum of 2 years applicable graphic design personal or academic experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with UX/UI a plus.
• Experience in Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus.
• Knowledge of printing techniques required.
