About the role: 4 month contract with potential for extension/conversion100% onsite, can reside in Seattle OR San Francisco M-F, 40 hour week$58/hrJob DescriptionOur team is one of the world's largest site for readers and book recommendations. Founded in 2007,we are the foundation where readers find and share books they love. Used by avid and casual readers alike,members can discover new books by seeing what their friends are reading or by using theBook Recommendation Engine, share ratings and recommendations, track what they have read, and list what they want to read.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with sales and ad ops to provide best-in-class support to publishers.Facilitate a smooth, successful interaction for publishers from RFP through final reporting.Respond in a timely manner to publisher RFPs and requests, providing product and targeting recommendations based on Goodreads expertise.Develop insight into publishers' KPIs through a consultative approach and help them meet those goals by leveraging Goodreads ad products.Create Insertion Orders, work within Order Management systems, and serve as an expert in defined business processes.Protect revenue by ensuring timely campaign and ad placement launches, and making proactive suggestions to mitigate delivery and pacing issues.Interact with the Finance department in regards to billing requests/issues.Essential Skills3 years of relevant digital advertising experience.Experience working in customer relationship management tools, order management systems, and/or ad servers such as Salesforce, Operative, and Google Ad Manager.Proven analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for advertisers.Experience with the RFP process and partnering with Sales to create media plans and proposals.Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email.Additional Skills & QualificationsPassion for reading and knowledge of the book publishing industry.Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.Excited to provide best-in-class customer service and the attitude to go above and beyond.A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
