We're looking for a passionate training & content developer to work with a fast-paced, highly collaborative software development team building and launching capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the Cybersecurity field. We build an Enterprise-web based application automating nation-level, mission-critical security processes, workflows, and sensor data in risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.You'll have the opportunity to work as the product's training content developer and conduct end-user training events for Enterprise user-bases across customers. You'll leverage your expertise with product functionality and complex system capabilities to design, create, and maintain material (e.g., training curriculum, user guides, job aids, functionality overviews, and video content).You should be able to rapidly understand new application features, large system modules, and complex business rules to support development of content and conduct instructor-led training which ensures the success of senior stakeholders' end-user missions.Work with us as we build capabilities to change Cybersecurity for the better.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:2+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, and CNSSI 12532+ years of experience with eMASS such as Systems, Workflows / Packages, POA & Ms, Artifacts, Controls, or Reports2+ years of experience with eMASS Assets modules including DoD STIGs and ACAS / Vulnerability scansExperience with training content or policy and process guide analysisAbility to understand web technologies, applications, software systems and networks, and cybersecuritySecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience as an eMASS System Administrator, ISO / ISSO / ISSM, or Validator / SCAPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsTop Secret clearanceMaster's degreeDoD 8570 IAT II Certification such as Security+ or CISSPClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
