We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our agency and manage the successful execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the Project Manager will facilitate clear communication, streamline workflows, and drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) to allocate resources, set priorities, and manage workloads.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource needs, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met, and proactively address any potential roadblocks or delays.
- Maintain a keen understanding of client objectives, ensuring all project deliverables align with their goals and expectations.
- Lead regular check-ins with clients and internal teams to review project status, update stakeholders, and implement any necessary adjustments.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, managing any scope creep by implementing change request processes when needed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned, applying these learnings to future projects.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, timelines, status reports, and project closeouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within a creative agency or marketing/advertising environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and navigate client relationships.
- Familiarity with project management software (such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and tools for tracking progress and resources.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- A solid understanding of creative processes (design, marketing, media production) and how they impact project timelines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing tight deadlines and high-priority projects.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Experience working with AI tools or technologies in a marketing/creative environment.
