You will be part of a multidisciplinary team aimed at solving complex problems and translating them into tangible outputs.As a Creative Tech , you will:Operate at the intersection of creative possibility and technological feasibility.Arbitrate between future tech/interfaces, best practices, and client tech constraints.Translate design systems into technology foundations for consistent experiences.Work in a cross-functional squad to create user-centered solutions.Maintain the voice of the customer and business objectives.Facilitate client and third-party teams through the concept phase.Support tech-led change readiness and develop roadmaps.Have a sense of costs for delivery and help develop investment cases.Participate in concept-focused solution discussions and workshops.Be a hands-on builder/experimenter with a playful mindset.YOUR EXPERIENCE As a Creative Tech , you will have:5-7+ years of relevant experience.Skills: Front-end development experience in mobile-first environments.Direct development on project or personal portfolio in emerging tech.Proven track record of hands-on coding and backend API integration.Experience with rapid prototyping tools.Comfort with various CMS and data analytics tools.Experience with digital delivery and concept strategy.Experience with motion design preferred.Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferred.What We Offer You: Opportunity to work with influential organizations.Structured career development program.Competitive salary and benefits.Autonomy and self-management.OUR VALUES & CULTURE We value a diverse team and seek individuals with:A passion for products and experiences.A commitment to creating brilliant experiences.A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully.HOW TO APPLY If you like what you’ve read, we’d love to hear from you.
