About your role

Your duties
You will be the Retail Sales Associate / Design Professional, reporting to the General Manager in our Waco location.
You will:
· Managing sold projects by executing customer and installer communications utilizing RFMS, CMM, and Schedule Pro systems (training provided)
· Providing attentive customer service as needed for any “job in progress”
· Achieving all sales and gross margin goals
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Connect and consult with clients to determine the factors affecting the selections for interior environments, such as budget, design preferences, lifestyle, and function.
· Advise clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and product utilization.
· Estimate material and labor requirements, and present designs for client approval.
· Preparing shop drawings, diagrams and other working documents illustrating customers’ objectives for manufacturing in the Countertop Department and installation by the Operations Department
· Staying current on trends in our industry
· Develops, in conjunction with the General Manager, a clear strategy designed to ensure continued growth in revenues and profits while minimizing competitive intrusion
· Participation in sales team tasks to maintain the efficient operation of the store
