Design Product Engineer (Founding)

You'll lead and own the entire design process, from initial user research to the final UI implementation.

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance collaboration between humans and AI in complex systems.

Quickly prototype and refine designs, incorporating real-time feedback from early users.

Establish and expand a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products.

Collaborate closely with engineers to turn your design into reality.

What You Bring:

1. Proven ability to design products that resonate with technical audiences (e.g., AI, data tools, developer platforms).
2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a focus on solving complex problems.
3. Expertise in prototyping and iterative design, with a knack for refining ideas based on user feedback.
4. Deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by technical teams such as site reliability and platform engineers; on-call, alerts, and incident management.
5. A passion for AI and a drive to push the boundaries of what's possible in bold vision for reshaping human - AI interactions.
