As a member of the small but mighty Product Design team, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of both our cloud platform and driver app. You’ll collaborate closely with a product manager and tech lead as part of a dedicated product trio responsible for one of our key product lines.The electrification of transportation is an exciting and rapidly evolving industry. Our ideal candidate has a passion for learning, experimenting and practical problem solving.We’re Looking for Someone Who Has3+ years of experience in user-centered product design, working collaboratively as part of a pod, squad or product trio to drive customer outcomesExperience in creating a wide range of design deliverables that clearly communicate design solutions to a broad range of stakeholdersExpert skills in Figma and/or other industry-leading design and prototyping toolsA proven track record of using research, analytics and usability testing to validate and iterate design solutionsKnowledge of design systems and experience using and contributing to themA deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problemsAn empathetic, human-centered approach to designA strong bias for action and the ability to balance great design while meeting engineering constraints and deadlinesThe continuous desire to hone their craft and learn / incorporate best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA BA/BS in a design related field, or equivalent professional experienceNice to HavesEnthusiasm for the electrification of our transportation systemsExperience at a B2B SaaS companyExperience working within an Agile frameworkExperience collaborating with engineering teams outside the U.S.About EV ConnectEV Connect is on a mission to build a better planet by enabling electricity as a transportation fuel.
