Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Data Analyst Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using data to drive marketing strategy and decision making. In this role, you’ll work closely with all areas of marketing to provide actionable data and insights to support campaign optimization, website development direction, and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, website health, and track campaign performance.
Analyze and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights that support marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
Present findings to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with marketing analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:Qualifications
Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
A highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
Strong project management/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task.
The ability and willingness to learn new skills and software tools.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI) and Excel preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech manufacturing a plus.
Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $97,000.00. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
