The Role
Are you a dedicated, multi-talented Creative who’s looking for a new challenge?

Reporting to the Creative & Production Director, you will be responsible for the creative development of ad content for clients within our North American, South American, and European markets.

You will work as part of a small, high-performing team, maintaining an efficient creative process from brief to final delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Writing copy and developing creative for a variety of audiences and media touchpoints
  • Developing creative pitches, and presenting to leading FMCG marketers
  • Working closely with an in-house team (sales, producers, editors etc.) to help guide a project from concept to delivery
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding creative deliverables, including storyboards, animation, motion graphics, and post-production
  • Providing creative support on set, assisting the director and production team

Our Qualifications & Experience Wishlist
  • Post-secondary education in advertising/media/communications/marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of industry relevant experience
  • Ability to write strong, persuasive copy, tailored to a variety of audiences
  • Experience in 1 or 2 related fields (e.g., video editing, directing, art directing, producing, copywriting)
  • Confidence when presenting to clients and pitching ideas
  • Exceptional communication skills (additional language(s) considered an asset)
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
