Job Responsibilities:

Civil Engineering Design and preparation of Construction Drawings for Site Development, primarily Commercial Development, which may include Offsite Roadway, and Water and Sewer Line design and preparation of Construction Drawings. Onsite Site Design for Site Grading and Drainage, Water and Sewer improvements, and preparation of Construction Drawings and Reports. Dry Utility Coordination and coordination with review agencies and team members.

Requirements:

·        High proficiency in using and design tools in AutoCAD Civil 3D, 2018 or newer, in site design and production of Civil Engineering, including Site Grading and Drainage and Water and Sewer services, etc., Construction Drawings

·        Minimum 8 years of experience and proficiency in Civil Engineering design for Site Development, including Site Grading and Drainage and Water and Sewer Layout and Design (with Profiles).

·        Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills in English

·        Proficiency in Programs for Stormwater Hydrology and Hydraulics, Pressure Water Lines etc., Gravity and Pressure Sewer System helpful.

·        Proficiency in editing documents/exhibits in Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam

·        Attention to detail, follow through and communications, and ability to work as a project manager assistant/

·        Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel. Experience in Microsoft Project helpful. 

·        Proficiency in estimating man hours to complete tasks for projects, including tasks assigned to other personnel, such as CAD support
