Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing websites using HTML5 and CSS3 Provide technical guidance on developing "search engine-friendly" websites Design websites for clients, company, and agent approval or modification Must be able to take constructive criticism and adapt to business goals as it pertains to corporate desired outcomes Work with a team of creative and diverse individuals who work hard and play hard Design with a marketing mindset first and foremost, “Think like a marketer” Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web standards and best practices HTML best practices for email creativeness In-depth knowledge of the Bootstrap framework and other RWD methodologies Knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery, as well as Search Engine Optimization are a plus Some programming skills desired ( currently utilizing .NET and Angular), but not required Working knowledge of web accessibility, up to and including 508 and WCAG 2.1. Education, Experience and Software:

Bachelor’s degree in web design or relevant experience 2+ years of verifiable HTML5/CSS3 experience Required software: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Bootstrap 3 and 4 WorkZone, BaseCamp, or similar project management software is desired MailChimp, SendGrid, or similar email platform experience CRM Experience – HubSpot preferred Experience in Wordpress or similar CMS Optional, but preferred software: Figma, Adobe XD or similar rapid prototyping system
