We are seeking an experienced and well-versed Marketing Director to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and executing Marand’s marketing strategy and overall brand awareness. The Marketing Director is responsible for working closely with the operations team to deliver the best construction experience to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing with ten years of experience working for a General Contractor, Architect or Engineer in the commercial construction industry.Experience coordinating and orchestrating complex RFXs with the business development and operations teams.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in a related field.At least ten years’ related experience in the AEC Industry.Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other industry leading marketing/design software.Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, project pursuits, and managing a team.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing.Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.Commitment to excellence, detail and high standards of Marand Builders’ image.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks.Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Proven leadership and business acumen skills.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Directs the development and execution of comprehensive, measurable strategic marketing plans to meet goals and objectives of the company.Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment.Develops and implements aggressive and creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs.Directs, coordinates, and supervises the development, design, and production of promotional and collateral materials, RFPs of varying complexities, and RFP presentations in collaboration with the Operations team and Business Development.Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.Oversees development of plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.Directs the coordination, management, and communication of market research and competitive analysis.Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Provide guidance, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Participate in at least (1) local focused industry networking organization in the capacity of a committee or Board Member.Work closely with the Business Development Director and applicable Operations teams in strategy, creation, and delivery of content.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:

The individual typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. Generally, the job requires 70% sitting, 15% walking, and 15% standing.Frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle, or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.Please note that climbing stairs is a physical requirement. Some offices contain an elevator, but one must be able to use stairs for fire drills and emergencies
