Dental Digital Marketing Account Manager (Remote, Dental Industry)

Marketing 32, Austin, Texas, us, 78716

When you apply, please make sure your email subject line is: “I actually read the instructions”Who we are:

We're a small, but tight-knit company. Culture fit and life outside of work is extremely important to us. Not going to give you the usual "work-life balance" crap, but you should know that I do not live in my home office and don't expect our team to do so either. We are:Process-driven. We have SOPs for creating SOPs and our process documentation is the backbone of our company.Spreadsheet nerds. Everyone here geeks out on data. Personally, I just moved all our backend data workhorse from Google Sheets to Bigquery and it was possibly the most fun I’ve had all year..Client-focused. Our focus is our clients and we actually care about the results we get them. We track more results for our clients than any of of competitors and hold ourselves to a high standard.More specifically, we are a digital marketing agency that works with ONLY DENTISTS. You read that right. Only dentists. Makes so much of our job that much easier! We’re a small team of 15 or so and currently serve almost 100 dental practices. We’re looking for someone who is impact-driven and wants to build something special.

What we are looking for:

I'll make it straightforward and simple. We are adding a team member to our growing account management team. Our account managers are the key link between our services teams and our partner practices. You will serve as the primary contact and own the relationship. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and helping them grow personally and professionally. The role is about half project management and half client coaching.Must have experience in digital marketing and/or account management (or experience managing a dental practice). As far as specific experience, all our clients are dentists, so it's wonderful if you have specific experience in the dental industry. If not, we're looking for someone who can geek out on small businesses, sales coaching, and data. You'll be responsible for maintaining the relationship with your clients and keeping them happy while also making sure we get everything we need from them.Salary & growth opportunities:

Account Manager starting at $60-70k /yr

You’ll report to our Account Management Team LeadYou’ll work closely with our channel managers over SEO, Paid Ads, and Text Messaging.

Growth opportunities

Marketing 32 has grown by about 2x year over year for the past 4 years. We’ll continue to grow and there will be opportunities for growth within the account management team as well as across the rest of the company if that interests you.

The ideal candidate:

You’re a People Person. You’ll be managing the relationship of 25-30 of our clients and expected to be on monthly meetings with each in addition to managing communications via email and text message. You’ll be communicating with clients daily and so it’s very important that you like to talk to people.Marketing Strategy. Your job is to understand your clients business in much the same way that an in-house marketer would that was working directly for the dental practice. You’ll need to speak their language. You’ll talk about production and collections instead of revenue and net income. You’ll talk about booking rates instead of conversion rates. Cost per booking instead of CPA. We’ll get you there, but I’ll need you to be willing to learn way more about dentists than you ever thought possible. You Can Say No When a No is Warranted. Your role is to serve the interests of both the client and our agency. You need to be able to stand up for your clients (which may involve standing up to your Marketing 32 team to get what your client needs). You also need to be able to stand up for Marketing 32 (which will involve standing up to your clients). In the end we all want what is best for our clients, but there are definite competing interests to work through.Make sure you are comfortable with:

Remote work. Our entire company works remotely. You will and so will your team, so you need to be comfortable with that and all the benefits and pitfalls that come with it.All job offers at all levels of our company start with a 90-day “trial period” to make sure we are a good fit for each other. This role will need to be actively working/available during general US business hours. Your clients will be available to meet during those hours and those are the hours the rest of your team will be available as well. Our Core Values

Be Client-Focused – Our success is directly connected to how focused we are on helping our clients win. We are driven to deliver an experience so good that our clients can't imagine receiving the same level of success, support and attention from any other company.Fix Processes, Not People – Progress is the goal. Most problems come from deficiencies in systems and processes rather than our team members. We continually improve our methods as we grow, and we curiously explore new ways of doing things. We make swift corrections when needed.Make It Happen – Respond quickly to clients, respond quickly to team members, and finish what you start (the 80/20 rule helps us decide WHAT needs to be done first). Start fast, fail fast, learn fast, and try again.Be Your Own Boss – Hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else would ask of you. Be organized & detail-oriented. Manage your own time and resources, and own your decisions and outcomes as if this were your company. Make decisions that can make the company better. When we all are our own boss, the company thrives.Enjoy the Journey – Success is the continual pursuit of a worthy goal, because we never truly arrive. We constantly celebrate and enjoy our wins in the moment. Have fun.To Apply:
