Our mission is to deepen consumer connections with the products that matter and deliver best-in-class experiences.About the TeamYou will be part of the Digital Asset Production team who is responsible for the creation of high fidelity base digital components (assets & textures) as well as the combination of these components in a streamlined and automated way to output scalable photorealistic visual content to be used on brand eCommerce sites and visual/design experiences.About the RoleAs a Digital Modeling Artist - 3D you will work collaboratively with the Digital Asset Production team and create core 3D base models and digital textures for product assortment across WSI brands based on 3D/digital scan and other visual references.ResponsibilitiesCreates high fidelity content (assets/textures)Communicates reference/data discrepancies to the project LeadUtilizes efficient production techniquesParticipates in weekly project status meetingsSupports across projects (as needed)Accurately communicates time spent on deliverablesWorks on projects involving organic and hard surface productsExercises judgment to utilize production techniques (varying per situation)Proactively communicates potential issues and deliverable delays
CriteriaProficient using Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and to tailor key messages and presentation style to multiple audiencesAttention to detail and organizational skills to adapt to changing project prioritiesRecommended 1-2 years of experience using domain specific tools (3D creation/rendering software such as Blender, Maya, Photoshop, etc.)Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experienceTypically requires a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.This role requires being onsite in the San Jose office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office
