POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the Jewish Federation's departments and the marketing team, prioritizing and managing multiple projects while ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide solutions to creative challenges. This position will report to the Marketing Operations Director.

Project Planning & CoordinationMeet with departments to gather project requirements and develop content and creative project briefsPartner with Internal Communications Team to develop approaches for project executionBuild and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in project management softwareTrack team capacity and manage project workflowImplement and refine project intake and brief processes for maximum efficiencyProject Execution & Oversight
Drive project execution by coordinating with team leads and stakeholdersManage multiple concurrent projects from kick-off through completionGuide projects through approval processes while maintaining momentumMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersIdentify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving forwardAdapt project plans as priorities shiftOperations Support
Maintain updated project schedules and monitor marketing department resourcesTrack project budgets in coordination with Marketing Operations DirectorSupport marketing team by troubleshooting IT/technical issuesFacilitate clear communication between all project stakeholdersDESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5+ years of project management experience or related marketing or communications experience that includes project coordinationExperience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously from concept through completion, including risk assessment and problem-solvingSkillful communicator, active listener, high emotional intelligence and understands collaborative social dynamics in fast paced environmentsProficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Monday.com experience a plus)Experience with marketing technology stack, digital campaign management, and CMS platformsClear and persuasive communication skills in presentations, email, and documentationBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fieldBENEFITS WE OFFER:
