The Senior/Digital & Integrated Marketing Specialist leads the Nihon Kohden American digital and outreach strategy development and execution and supports the success of NKA in becoming a standard for integrated health solutions, everywhere. As a key contributor, this person will generate and manage digital information, including social media, websites, SEO, SEM and other digital spaces. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of all digital channels, digital calendars, strategy, campaigns, digital assets, digital ads, website development and maintenance and other digital media as needed. The perfect candidate will have a strong proficiency and history with data driven digital marketing strategies and executions within the medical device/healthcare market.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
Set up, track, and report on campaign KPIs and goals Identify digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and content development) Develop digital customer journeys Establish and communicate best practices in digital marketing in the medical device space Set up A/B testing for web, advertising, social, messaging, and other channels as needed Develop tracking strategies for all marketing campaigns including dashboards and meaningful metrics Manage, develop, and maintain our digital calendars in collaboration with our internal team and external agencies Carry out daily media monitoring and reporting to marketing teams Monitor and report on corporate and product focused mentions and industry trends Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web performance Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends Liaise with all teams to optimize customer experience and ensure Nihon Kohden brand consistency Collaborate with Sr Content Specialist, product managers, and other marketing individuals on copy, strategy and goals of each campaign Partner with Sr Manager to develop strategies and campaigns which touch the full product sales cycle Stay up to date with digital technologies developments Strategize, organize, and execute live webcasts with internal and external contributors Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $57,000 to $92,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or related discipline 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry or relevant field 3+ years of marketing experience Advanced proficiency with desktop publishing tools, digital media formats, and HTML Create and edit content using Creative Cloud Schedule and draft posts via platforms Manage social calendars and analytics Ability to track, report and analyze marketing campaigns Proficiency in Google ads and other digital advertising methods Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills Technical Experience Required
Experience using Salesforce, and Google Analytics (G4 preferred), or similar tools Social management tools like Hoosuite, Sprinklr, etc. Microsoft 365 Google Adwords Measurement tools like Spyfu, Product management tools like Jira, Asana, etc Adobe Creative Suite CMS Competencies Required
Excellent social listening skills Ability to work independently and proactively bring solutions to the key stakeholders and marketing leadership Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Working Conditions
Schedule : The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company's discretion.
Physical : Generally, may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision.
