Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated, connected, and creative

Field Marketing Manager

to join our team at Brooklyn Brewery. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives that grow brand awareness, drive trial, and grow consumer and customer engagement for Brooklyn Brewery that support our brand's vision, mission, and creative platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly with the US sales & marketing teams to develop and implement on-brand, growth-oriented sales & marketing programs. Along with the Senior Marketing Director, you will also identify and execute additional brand-building opportunities, and support the company's broader mission and goals in the United States with a deep focus on winning NYC, our home market.

Essential Functions: US Market Planning Annual Business Plan (ABP) - Brooklyn Brewery's sales organization operates around an annual go-to-market strategy, which drives activity throughout the year.

Manage the development of the on-prem programs and partnerships in the US ABP Develop and execute NYC focused on-brand, innovative, and compelling on-prem programs that target sales goals, support retailers, and engage consumers Collaborate with trade and the brand marketing/design team to develop marketing collateral (POS, merch, etc.) to tie into on-prem execution Establish KPIs and program goals Brand Building

Grow awareness and drive trial of the Brooklyn Brewery brand in the United States Bring in top tier on-prem and brand partners into initiatives that focus on our goal of winning our home market Plan all industry and trade events by working to develop on-brand activations (e.g. GABF, Craft Brewers Conference, NY Guild events, etc.) Develop additional BB owned and partner events, sponsorships, and other consumer engagement touchpoints in line with brand strategy Help manage, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, across paid and print advertising Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and ROI targets Bring brand partnerships to life via creative concepting and by always laddering up to the brewery's strategic goals with flawless execution

Market Awareness

Remain current on beer, CPG, and general lifestyle/cultural and consumer trends; incorporate key learnings into market programming Collaborate with other key markets; engages in best practice and knowledge sharing

Team Leadership

Manage on-prem/partnerships/NYC Marketing Budget Manage 4 Event Ambassadors including their training, scheduling, and growth opportunities Collaborate and coordinate with other BB teams as Field Marketing's main liaison

Qualifications

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales - beer experience not required but field marketing in another relevant industry experience is encouraged Experience working with a sales network, in particular supporting national account teams and local sales reps Strong event management/production experience - on and off-site Experience leading a team and guiding the professional development of team members Experience with budget oversight and financial accountability Experience with project management, particularly guiding large, multi-phase projects, and aligning stakeholders Able to analyze work for improvements, solicit, and incorporate feedback Solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot and present solutions Organized, collaborative, self-starting, with strong communication skills Comfortable in a fluid environment, able to adapt to evolving circumstances as needed Ability to think and act big picture, be strategic, on-brand, and results-oriented, and to identify, target, and deliver value Aware of current and relevant consumer trends, and be interested and engaged with different types of culture Nice to have: On-prem sales or marketing experience Knowledge of the three-tier system for alcoholic beverages and key partners (retailers, distributors), aware of beverage industry trends and landscape Strong relationships with local businesses and creatives in NYC Experience with lifestyle or fashion brands Appreciation of Brooklyn culture, especially surrounding music, food & drink, activism, and art

Salary Range

The annualized base pay for this role is up to $85,000. Actual base pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and skills. The base pay is one component of The Brooklyn Brewery Corporation's total compensation package for employees.
