Field Marketing Manager
tolead the development and execution of local marketing, community relations, and eventsfor our practices. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships with local partners, digital and traditional marketing skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing campaigns in partnership with key stakeholders to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition locally.
- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to market practices, providers, and events, including web, social, email, video, and print.
- Manage marketing plans, analytics, budgets, and reporting to optimize field marketing effectiveness and increase patient volume.
- Establish and manage relationships with key vendors and partners, and develop and execute partner marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the execution of integrated marketing strategies.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field.Superior communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in digital marketing and databases such as Google Analytics, web and social media, email marketing software, and Microsoft Excel.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare or dental industry.Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations.
