Work with the Easton Porter Group marketing team and Charleston property operations teams to develop and execute social media content highlighting our properties' unique experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Capture and craft compelling social media content, including stunning photos and branded video reels, that embodies the essence of each property.Produce high-quality videos for Instagram, showcasing property highlights and unique events.

Audience Engagement:

Foster connections with our online community by responding to inquiries, resharing guest experiences, and building relationships with followers.Monitor tags and mentions for timely resharing and interaction.

Analytics and Optimization:

Track and analyze social media metrics, including impressions, followers, and engagement.Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations to optimize content strategies.

Collaborations and Partnerships:

Manage influencer collaborations and press trade requests, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Execute partnerships with vendors and collaborators to amplify our digital reach.

Requirements & Qualifications3-5 years of experience creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.Proficiency with third-party digital platforms such as Canva, CapCut, or InShot.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.A team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.High school diploma required; a BS/BA in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a similar relevant field preferred.Personal vehicle/transportation required for property site visits.Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events and photoshoots.Schedule & LocationOffice Location:

Cannon GreenSchedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with select evenings and weekends for special events and photoshoots.

Remote Work:

Mondays, with regular site visits to properties throughout the week.
