Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is a creative professional responsible for crafting impactful visual communications that align with and elevate the CRVA and its brands identities. This role requires translating brand guidelines into a diverse range of deliverables, including direct mail, logo and identity design, publications, marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and large-format signage. CRVA designers are visual storytellers who blend art and technology to create compelling, innovative designs that effectively communicate ideas and inspire audiences

Job Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties Develop visually compelling designs that effectively identify a product, convey a message, or tell a story. Generate innovative concepts, graphics, and visuals that resonate with target audiences while communicating efficiently and effectively. Apply brand standards across all projects to ensure continuity and alignment with CRVA's visual identity. Participate in creative kick-off meetings to provide strategic recommendations for effectively reaching target audiences. Work with freelance photographers to enhance CRVA publications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage production, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Design engaging multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, photo slideshows, and videos. Track and manage individual project timelines to meet deadlines. Secure and evaluate vendor quotes, track progress, and maintain production quality. Clearly articulate design concepts during creative meetings before moving into execution. Stay current with technical skills through tutorials, courses, and workshops in collaboration with the Creative Manager. Research design trends to maintain a competitive edge and recommend best practices for design execution. Create polished, print-ready magazine layouts that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain specifications for color, bleed, and resolution. Perform other duties as directed by the Creative Manager. B. Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring that customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences

Scope of Responsibility
This role will periodically have access to sensitive and confidential information, including company records, meeting minutes, customer quotes, product costs, and strategic plans, designs, and programs
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisor responsibility
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including branding, digital, and print design. Expertise in design software and familiarity with production processes for print and digital media. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Awareness of current and emerging design trends and a passion for continuous learning. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field and 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
