Hello. If you’re reading this then you’re likely a seasoned healthcare creative veteran. You’ve mastered the art of finding great stories in the science of therapeutics. You’re able to guide great work through the oft times threatening med/legal process. It’s probably safe to assume that clients love you and want you on their business. But there’s something missing. You feel creatively bound and perhaps even frustrated. You want the big box of crayons. You want to
push beyond the vis-aid and journal ad.

Position overview Here’s what we expect from you: You are confident and capable of juggling several balls on a regular basis. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You effectively win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables. Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Razorfish Health. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces. The role Vice President, Creative Director at Razorfish Health. requires experience with both copywriting or art direction. You should have at least ten or more years of experience in a fulling integrated agency.
Qualifications
10 + years of agency experience with primarily with a Copy background
HCP experience is required for this position
Launch experience required
AOR experience strongly preferred
The ability to manage and nurture creative talent
A proven track record of pitching and winning new business
The ability to inspire others and work collaboratively
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and understanding of the responsibilities of an upper management position
The availability to travel to meet client and agency needs
The availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
