Per year, across America, thousands of new buildings sport the familiar Morton M.The Social Media & Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence across social media platforms and our website. The Social Media & Online Marketing Specialist will create engaging content, optimize web pages, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Social Media MarketingDevelops and executes social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification; maintaining a cohesive social media strategy across various channels that promotes customer engagement and brand awareness.Creates, manages, and publishes meaningful content (original text, images, video, or HTML) on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, moderating, and boosting user-generated content, engaging with followers, responding to posts, and promoting social media campaigns; optimizing the company's pages to increase visibility of the company's social content.Monitors and evaluates MBI's social media and online presence and performance; staying abreast on best practices and emerging trends; adjusting the company's social marketing and online strategy to ensure optimal results.Collaborates with team members to create an aligned editorial calendar and syndication schedule.Performs other duties as assigned.Online MarketingOversees the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging; optimizes web content for SEO to increase organic traffic; collaborates with internal and external teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.Measures performance of social and online marketing campaigns, assessing against KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO using insights to optimize spend and performance.Contributes to the creation of marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms such as social media and web pages, ensuring content is consistent and supports the company brand.Assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Creates reports on the growth and analytics of online, social media, and email campaigns.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant fieldProven experience in social media marketing, online communications, and digital marketingExcellent knowledge of social media platforms including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X, and online video platforms including YouTube and VimeoStrong analytical skills to assess market trends and derive insights with strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEOExcellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, creative software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (GA4 web analytics, Website CMS platforms, etc.)Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analyticallyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment to produce well-crafted social contentPositive attitude, keen attention to detail and customer oriented with great ability to prioritize and multitask for organizational needsBenefitsExcellent medical / dental / prescription coverageLife InsurancePaid holidaysPaid vacationPaid sick time401K OpportunityESOP Retirement Program in which you become an owner of the companyMorton Buildings, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
