Job Description:
The Program Manager, Instructional Design will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing high-quality director education curricula. This includes creating engaging learning experiences, incorporating multimedia elements, and ensuring content adheres to industry standards. The role will also involve collaboration with stakeholders and overseeing the implementation of ADA compliance across all educational materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop professional development training programs for directors.
- Create interactive, multimedia-rich courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of course content across various platforms.
- Implement and maintain ADA compliance for all training materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine and enhance course offerings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, feedback, and curriculum performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, project management, and virtual learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HTML.
- Experience with multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably LearnUpon.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Additional Details:
- Hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting December 2024.
- Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential (12.5% performance bonus).
