Video Editing & Production:

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Apply storytelling techniques, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and engagement.
  • Repurpose existing content to create platform-specific videos optimized for performance and audience preferences.

Optimization for Performance:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPI, engagement rates, and retention rates.
  • Test variations of videos (e.g., different hooks, CTAs, and formats) to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze data from A/B testing and audience feedback to refine editing strategies and improve results.

Creative Ideation:

  • Partner with the creative team to brainstorm new concepts for ad creatives and organic social content.
  • Stay updated on trends in social media and digital marketing to inform creative direction.

Content Quality Control:

  • Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard.
  • Adapt edits based on feedback and rapidly iterate on concepts to meet deadlines.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing for social media and/or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video specifications.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing principles and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive creative decisions.
  • Creativity and storytelling skills with a focus on engaging audiences within the first 3 seconds of a
  • video.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
