Associate Director, Marketing - Psychiatry ARISTADA

The Associate Director of Consumer Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing tactical marketing programs supporting ARISTADA, primarily for consumers and caregivers, secondarily for HCPs. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual who wants to make a direct impact on the organization and communities it serves. As a key member of our Marketing team, this position works closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth by managing and executing on key consumer activities.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute consumer and caregiver tactical initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice and content across channels and tactics Assist in the development of consumer and brand strategy Assist in the development of HCP materials Assist in the management of budget for the team Continuously look for ways to improve and optimize marketing strategies to drive business results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns Manage creative process and agency partners to deliver quality marketing materials and messaging Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives Identify key insights from KPIs and market research to improve overall results Work with promotional review committee (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal) to gain approval for promotional assets Maximize value of external partners (i.e. advertising agency) in a cost-effective manner Keep current with emerging trends and help to foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team Provide input and direction to market research while guiding application of insights from customer research studies Manage ad-hoc projects as needed Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or science 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical product marketing including HCP or consumer marketing experience Experience across personal and non-personal digital marketing tactics, including websites, SEO, SEM, CRM, and Social Media and omnichannel Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to collaboration and engagement across internal and external partners Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review committees Experience managing agency partners and the creative process Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and varying levels of the organization Understanding of industry code of conduct, ethics and Compliance norms Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or other related Master's degree Experience in marketing or selling CNS medications Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM systems Travel Requirements:

Overnight travel ~10-15%
