Essential Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma
• Expertise in designing at low, mid, and high-fidelity levels
• Proven ability to gather and interpret requirements from business sponsors, SMEs, users, business analysts, and other stakeholders

Additional Skills/Nice to Have:

• Experience with Design Systems and Components
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and the ability to apply them in user interface design and architecture
