Texoma FC is a United Soccer league expansion team kicking off March of 2025. Texoma FC is the first professional sports team in the fast growing community and we are looking to hire a Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator.

Job Description: The Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator will assist in all content development and fan/community engagement activities across the club including but not limited to the club's website, social media, mobile application, e-commerce platform and e-mail communication. In addition to the above, he/she will be responsible for managing social media marketing programs, driving revenue via ticket sales, sponsorship and merchandise sales and increasing the size of social audiences across platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative idea generator and digital marketing and sports/entertainment enthusiast.He/she must be comfortable working outside of traditional business hours for games and events.

Responsibilities:

Create graphics and video content to be used for game production on the video scoreboard and video walls. Develop marketing strategies and content to fulfill marketing objectives Develop marketing email campaigns and collateral while working with Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Consumer Product to ensure appropriate Calls-to-Action to drive revenue Create engaging graphics for the team's website, social media platforms, mobile app, and marketing emails Produce in-house marketing materials Coordinate with local media outlets to fulfill ad campaigns Develop engaging video content with players, coaches, staff and fans Maintain an organized marketing campaign for each game and event Manage the team's social media platforms, mobile app and website Assist in the creation of game production scripts Develop and implement marketing programs across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Pinterest, YouTube, FourSquare, Snapchat, and more) in collaboration with the Director of Marketing Drive revenue via social media platforms (ticket sales, merchandise sales and sponsorship); Manage day-to-day communications across team/stadium social media channels utilizing team/brand voice; Create and manage social media content calendars; Work with multiple departments to support the brand and varied timely initiatives on social media; Work games and events and provide real-time social media updates;; Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and analytics on all social media platforms; Identify and interpret social media trends for brand benefit Required Experience and Knowledge:

At least 2-3 years' experience in social media/marketing (sports/entertainment/brand experience preferred) Must be extremely familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Snapchat, etc.) Must be familiar with social reporting tools- specifically, the ability to pull reports, analyze data, and leverage the information to drive subsequent campaigns Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Photoshop is preferred Must possess a maniacal attention to detail Must have with the ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives Must have strong communication skills: must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption; Must have good decision-making skills, demonstrate sound judgment and interpersonal skills; Must have the ability to maintain an impeccable professional appearance; Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use upmost discretion when privy to sensitive information; Must have truly outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills; Must be self-directed and able to work independently, while also flourishing in a fast-paced collaborative team environment Must be flexible & a reliable team player, both within own department and within the company as a whole.
