BASIC FUNCTION : The Graphic Designer will be creating and producing high-quality designs and graphics for on-air, social media, websites, sales presentations, and other various design projects. The designer will also be responsible for helping to elevate and maintain our visual standards. He/she must be accustomed to working within a time-sensitive, team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITES : ·

Create concepts and initial ideas for video advertisements, social media campaigns, marketing strategies, and viewer newsletters. ·

Produce and edit web content using WordPress backend. ·

Translate provided data into charts and graphs for sales functions and digital marketing efforts. ·

Design, develop and help maintain web pages and applications for both the internal and external websites. ·

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment. ·

Perform retouching and manipulation of images. ·

Assist in the creative process by sharing original ideas with the creative team. ·

Additional duties as assigned by the Vice President and Sales Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS : ·

Excellent production skills, preflight and file/project organization. ·

Excellent oral and written communications skills with strong ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a wide and diverse audience. ·

Expertise in all major business and creative software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, etc.). ·

3-5 years of experience with print and digital media. ·

Excellent attention to detail. ·

Possess a working knowledge of color theory, typography and graphic fundamentals. ·

Possess a basic understanding of HTML. ·

Comfortable working within a Mac-based environment. ·

Must be proactive, accustomed to working under deadlines, coachable, and able to work within established brand guidelines. ·

Strong layout and design skill for both print and web. ·

Bachelor’s degree in Design, New Media, Graphic Arts or related field.
