Candidate must be willing to work with multiple crews and tight timelines.
Responsibilities:Outgoing showsRead and understand Intellievent orders, pull sheets, diagrams, and show sheetsPull all equipment efficiently and correctlyMake suggestions to Project Managers when reviewing pull sheets, as necessaryOrganize and stage equipment with proper labelingStage sub-rentals with correct ordersLoad vehicles as needed
Incoming showsUnload vehicles as neededQC all equipment that comes back to the warehouseInform the Warehouse Manager, Technical Director, and Repair Technician of all equipment that comes back needing repairRestock all equipment in its proper place
Warehouse tasksAssist with shipping and receiving as directed by the Warehouse ManagerReceive new equipment into inventory as directed by the Warehouse ManagerMaintain all Majic vehiclesDrive Majic Vehicles to pick up or drop off equipment, as necessaryProvide building maintenance in both the office and warehouseSeasonal landscapingSeasonal snow removalMaintain consumable supplies and inform Warehouse Manager when an order is neededOther duties as assigned
Requirements:Highschool diploma or GEDDemonstrate a willingness to learnPossess a valid driver's license and clean driving recordSafely operate all fleet vehicles necessary for transportation, pickup, and delivery of production equipmentMust be comfortable working from heights (ladders and lifts)Able to lift 75lbs routinelyAble to work standing for long periods of time (nights, and weekends required)Minimum one year of audio-visual production experience
