Hybrid Role - 3 days on site
The ideal candidate will be able to understand and design within existing brand standards. A strong understanding of multi-channel marketing design spanning social media, email, ads, and the web. Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team and brand director to concept and design excellent solutions for marketing initiatives and campaigns Create compelling designs that are targeted, which may include but are not limited to social media graphics, digital ads, print, email layouts, and web design Develop new branding concepts for campaigns and initiatives Lead and educate on platform and channel-specific design best practices Support product launches and company initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across all assets Communicate regularly with brand director, marketing stakeholders, and project managers to meet deadlines and discuss project details Build and refresh scalable and thoughtfully crafted design systems and marketing templates Collaborate with and coach freelance designers, ensuring our brand standards are consistently met and maintained across all designs Requirements 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent time of formalized study, apprenticeship, or mentorship in Graphic Design 4 to 7 years experience as a full-time graphic designer A passion for influencing the faith and future of the next generation in a faith-based work environment Thorough understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, and Photoshop
