The Role: We’re searching for a talented diverse
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our team. You’ll be an essential part of the creative process, focusing on executing design projects. You are a great fit for this position if: You have experience working at agency in a fast-paced environment where balancing multiple projects and delivering exceptional designs are required. You can design across
digital and traditional media . You’re comfortable working closely with account teams to bring ideas to life, with a strong emphasis on original, bespoke
digital marketing and WordPress website design
(no templates).You have experience with UI/UX design, print, video, motion graphics and PowerPoint presentations. You understand B2B design needs (vs retail), large format and event design needs and are experienced with creating internal as well as external communications. You are a constant learner and take design beyond the average web page or print piece.
Key Responsibilities: Digital & Web Design: Design and develop digital media campaigns (social, display, email) and data-driven, progressive, user-friendly
bespoke responsive websites , particularly those built in
WordPress.
All website design must be in compliance with WCAG (ADA design) standards, non-template/custom builds, responsive, functional, and aligned with client objectives. The Senior Designer will collaborate with developers to bring the vision to life.
UI/UX Design: Create seamless, intuitive online/offline integrated experiences. Design and optimize user interfaces with a focus on usability and functionality for websites and digital platforms, while working with in the overall brand creative concept.
Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual designs across mediums such as digital, print, OOH, presentations, and video.
Participate in brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution, designing work that maintains a strategic thread from concept to delivery.
Brand Consistency: Apply and maintain visual identity guidelines across various projects to ensure cohesive branding.
Project Execution: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative work that aligns with project requirements.
Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially in
web ,
digital and AI design . Continuously bring fresh ideas to the table, exploring innovative design techniques and solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. 8+ years of digital and website design experience in a creative/digital/marketing agency. Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital (UI/UX, web, email, social). Print, motion design and PowerPoint presentations experience is a plus. Expertise in bespoke WordPress website design; experience with HTML/CSS is a plus. Experience in B2B integrated marcom design. Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and best practices for ADA-compliant design is essential. Experience with AI tools and their application in creative projects is a plus. Ability to think through complex design challenges and navigate ambiguity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress knowledge, (After Effects and PowerPoint is a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Additional Information: Local candidates should plan to be present in the Orange County office 1-2 times a week. Some travel may be required (~5% ) No relocation offered for this position.

Salary Range and Compensation Considerations: $90,000 - $110,000 The salary range for this position reflects several factors, including the market rate, budgetary considerations, internal equity, and the employee’s background, experience, and qualifications.
