Candidate based in the Atlanta Area with the ability to commute to job sites and office when needed.

As a Senior Interior Designer specializing in Model Home Interior Design, you'll have the opportunity to craft authentic, soulful, and unique spaces that reflect the clients' vision and stories. The firm values relationships and understands that your unique perspective matters. As the Senior Interior Designer, you will oversee projects from concept to installation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. You will have key responsibilities, including developing project concepts and design drawings in AutoCAD, managing budgets, and conducting frame walks. You will also be responsible for showroom visits to select furniture, art, window treatments, and accessories, ensuring every detail aligns with the project's vision.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited university5-7+ years of experience in Model Home interior designDesign portfolio displaying design capabilitiesNCIDQ and ASID members are preferred but not requiredProficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a plusExperience with understanding architectural details and constructabilityStrong knowledge of model home construction methods and materialsExperience with budget management – understands how to allocate budget and appropriate use of vendorsAbility to read builder plans and comprehendAbility to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentationsStrong client relations and relationship-building skillsAbility to travel to job sites and the office when needed
