QualificationsStrong project management skills, exhibiting ability to: pay high attention to detail, manage multiple projects at once, decompose a process into its individual steps, forecast deliverable timelines and meet those timelines, and identify potential obstacles down the roadIn-depth technical knowledge of ad technology is critical for success in this position, knowledge of ad servers is preferredIn-depth knowledge of HTML, JS, ad servingStrong communication, including ability to speak to and author materials on technical subject matter in a manner that is easy to understandExperience with designing and documenting processes, preferably surrounding ad technology deploymentStrong hands-on knowledge of methods for integrating ad technologies and understanding the implications of those technologies on downstream data flowAbility to work well with others in a team environment, while also taking ownership of individual responsibilities and deliverablesMotivated by the opportunity to be part of creating new solutions for a data-driven marketing economyKnowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem including major media, creative, and data solutions vendors and how they interact with each otherProactive individual with strong problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
Education & Experience7+ years’ experience in an ad operations10 years professional experience
ResponsibilitiesOwn process design, documentation, socialization, and optimization of digital trafficking process; inclusive of implementation, QA, and technical support requestsDesign, document, and optimize process with ad technology partners to ensure functional capabilities from each vendor can interoperate across delivery technologiesLead Ad Tech Onboarding for new accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services, while working closely with agency teams and clientsCollaborate with internal Learning & Development to develop training materials for global educationWork collaboratively with other leadership teams in cross functional groups including Finance, Business Operations and others to ensure relationship building, staffing and forecasting are met.Manage, oversee and work with Associate Director, Senior account manager(s), technical account manager(s), trafficker(s) in specified regions.Lead visibly complex projects focusing on updates on ad serving technologies and performance improvements within PL Ops team.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$140,000—$160,000 USD
