JOB DESCRIPTION
(Hybrid 2x a week)
We are looking for a Senior Partner, Account Manager to join our team.
This position will work very closely with both client and internal teams to identify specific client needs, business outcomes and priorities while being able to be with staff, budgets, deadlines, and overall client satisfaction. You will be in direct contact with clients, maintaining that relationship and guiding them toward success. The perfect candidate should be able to utilize their industry knowledge and leadership skills to effectively manage the daily operations of the account team and independently manage campaigns “day 1”.
What You’ll Do: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Develop and present comprehensive multi-media plans while maintaining strong client relationships as a key strategic and business partner ● Gain a deep, holistic and evolving understanding of our client’s business objectives, challenges and opportunities ● Develop an expert understanding of the current and potential future state of client’s needs and success ● Lead in the development of uncovering consumer, cultural, and media insights and strategies ● Build insights and use data to support strategic thinking while being able to pull reporting and manage client presentations ● Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, as a strategic advisor, to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences ● Understanding of platforms and ability to collaborate with the paid search, paid social, programmatic, etc team members ● Willingness to learn hands on platform and continued growth ● Working closely with Management across accounts
