Job Overview:Are you passionate about social media, wellness, and creating a strong connection with audiences? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for shaping and executing Bloom’s social media strategy across all platforms, enhancing our brand voice, and driving community engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a strategic executor, and a trend-savvy individual who understands the unique dynamics of each social platform.

Location:Strongly prefer Austin, Texas or Los Angeles, California area.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of social media content strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and moreSchedule, post, and monitor daily content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand voice and marketing initiativesIdentify trending content, themes and audio and insert brand into the conversationIdeate, create and edit content (images, videos, reels, stories) that engages and resonates with audienceBe comfortable on camera and speaking to audienceCollaborate with the creative and brand marketing teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas for product launches, campaigns, and promotionsEngage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic mannerTrack and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize content and increase engagementStay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the brandSupport influencer partnerships, working closely with influencer team to amplify brand messagingAssist in managing social media ad campaigns as needed

Skills & QualificationsProven experience (2+ years) managing social media accounts in a professional setting, preferably within the wellness or consumer goods industryStrong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn platformsExcellent copywriting and content creation skillsAbility to generate creative ideas and content that drives engagement and brand awarenessStrong multitasking, time management, and project management skillsExperience with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze performance dataPassion for wellness, nutrition, and community-building
