This is a
full-time, in-office (Torrance), salaried position, starting at $60,000 - $75,000

How You Will Make a Difference
● Concept, design, plan and create content for email, web, print and packaging
● Manage project feedback with Creative Director and cross functonal partners to ensure efficient and elevated designs across all projects.
● Prepare and release digital files for approved assets and ensure appropriate specs.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends and ever-evolving digital asset creation.
What You Bring
● 2+ years creating digital assets and email campaigns for eCommerce.
● Knowledge of design principles including visual hierarchy, negative space, typography, repetition, contrast, balance and other core design practices. ● Thorough knowledge of design software within Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Other knowledge of software such as Sketch & Figma are a plus. ● Strong communication skills (verbal and written). ● Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing. ● Apparel industry experience a plus. ● Strong time management skills, work well under tight deadlines, and multiple rounds of edits. Understands the needs for changing demands. ● Strong portfolio of digital design work.
