The Campaign Specialist maintains the daily operations of the customer service and lead generation team. This position develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify and generate new lead opportunities through relationship buildingParticipate in ongoing product training coursesWork internally with a team on implementation plansWork with your manager to ensure alignment with company goalsReview sales activities and prospective customers with managementExecute day-to-day sales, marketing, and campaign managementManage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying an opportunity to expandOwn all problem-solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, and key implementations
This is an entry-level position that we will train into a management position if successful — immediately hiring for this entry-level Campaign Specialist position.
