Overview of Senior Producer: UNIQLO Global Creative Lab

The Senior Producer operates as an in-house producer for Fast Retailing Global Creative Lab(NY) to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, on schedule and on-budget. This roleis responsible for overall management of all day-to-day production needs, and the delivery ofall creative assets. Looking for a highly organized, excellent communicator, with creativeagency experience also versed in the world of fashion/ celebrity, aware of world-class creativetalent, and recommends the best photographers, videographers, casting directors for theexecution of the creative concepts. The in-house producer acts as the advocate for the creativeteam, ensuring their vision is executed and liaises with external production companies.

Duration: Jan- Sept 2025

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:● Manage all aspects of pre-production, set production, post production and job wraps thatpertain to the creative and delivery of campaign projects.● Support creative team with guidance and suggestions to best suit both creative visionand project needs.● Responsible for intaking project briefs to define scope and structure of each project,including resources and scheduling.● Organize contracts, vendor set ups paperwork, negotiations and relationships withvendors and talent.● Schedule and manage post-production process to ensure timely completion of all assets.● Assessing project risks and providing clear and actionable solutions.● Maintains clear communication with creative teams, project managers, internalstakeholders and external vendors to facilitate a clear workflow on all production assetdeliverables.● Build, manage, and track all production budgets, deadline schedules and addressproduction related needs for internal and external stakeholders.● Navigate and organize simultaneous projects and demands to prioritize resourcesappropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.● Provide solutions-oriented management with a strong ability to creatively solve problemswith a positive, professional demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:● 10+ years of experience, preferably in creative agency setting and background withworking in fashion/ celebrity● Experience in managing and supporting and guiding production team on individualprojects.● Has a deep understanding of the industry with strong relationships with agencies/agents,photographers, directors, stylists, production companies etc.● Experience is casting people worldwide - real people & models● Experience managing sets (studio & location, globally) and motion & documentary● Solid understanding of all production phases and their respective processes.● Budgeting, scheduling and time management skills.● Strong vendor knowledge and relationships.● Ability to manage personal and team workload effectively, along with multiple projectssimultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.● Flexible to work within a retail schedule and to accommodate internationalmeetings based on business need.● BA strongly preferred in film/ media studies or closely related field.
