The Senior Interior Designer will oversee multiple design projects for the firm from conception to completion. The Senior Interior Designer will work directly with clients and collaborate with the firm's principal. This role calls for an experienced Interior Designer who can leverage their expertise in design to lead multiple residential projects, including design team members. The Senior Interior Designer will impact the company, work directly with clients, lead and manage design team members, design and coordinate projects, and more. QualificationsBachelor's degree from a 4-year CIDA accredited Interior Design program or equivalent5-10 years of interior design experience in a design firm, focus on residential interior designSoftware proficiency in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Complete understating of luxury textiles, rugs, window coverings, and upholstery, furnishings, and decorationExperience in project managementExperience in managing creative design teams of 3-5 designers in a detailed project management environmentBuilder and Architect relations skillsExperience in stylingWilling to travel as needed for Markets and out of state clients
