Our client, a Global travel and hospitality company in West Fort Lauderdale, is looking for a Creative Strategist (Social) for paid and organic campaigns. You will lead creative ideation and oversee the production of dynamic social media campaigns. This role is on-site in West Fort Lauderdale. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Conceive unique and impactful creative concepts that set the brand apart and engage the target audienceIdeate and strategize innovative campaign ideas across various sectors, ensuring alignment with marketing goalsAssess and recommend the ideal media mix and social platform distribution for optimal campaign effectivenessOffer clear direction to creative and creator teams to ensure alignment with the campaign's strategic visionDevelop engaging and emotionally resonant brand narratives that connect deeply with consumersFormulate key messaging and positioning that clearly conveys the brand's value propositionLeverage consumer insights and market research to guide creative decisions and enhance campaign strategiesProduce and present compelling presentations to stakeholders, detailing the strategic logic behind campaign ideasWork in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless translation of creative concepts into executed campaigns.Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies and best practices in advertising and creative strategy
Required Qualifications:
Portfolio deck of creative strategy work4+ years of experience leading creative strategy for social media campaigns for a notable consumer brandProven experience in creative strategy and social media marketing for a notable brandConsistently keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations within the social media landscapeAdept at navigating the complexities of developing creative ideas and strategies for diverse brandsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations that captivate and engage audiencesExcellent writing abilities, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality content regularlyKeen eye for design and aestheticsProactive approach with a strong bias for action to enhance team performanceSkilled in creating organizational structures and processes where none existBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceHighly proficient in using Google Slides and PowerPoint
