Lab Support Technician Quality Control

Primary Responsibilities:Prepare media, solutions and aliquots as assigned.Support instrument BPO with locating equipment due for calibration.Order supplies and establish a FIFO process with vigilance and adjustments as needed and establish a re-stocking cadence.Perform daily instrument checks as assigned.Receive consumable orders, unpack, label, categorize and store as per site procedures. Inform subject matter experts if any material requires qualification.Perform upload of assay packets to electronic repository, archiving submission, and controlled form and logbook reconciliation as assigned.Support LN2 inventory activities as assigned.Perform routine radiation waste surveys, dispose of radiation waste per site safety procedures as assigned.Performs additional lab support functions as needed.
Qualifications:Basic laboratory skills (e.g. Pipetting, aseptic technique).Knowledge of basic compliance, GDP and GMP a plus.Strong detail-oriented mindset.Strong service-oriented mindset.Experience working with radioactive isotopes and knowledge of relevant safety requirements a plus.Basic knowledge of document management lifecycle.Basic understanding of quality systems and their interconnections (e.g., LIMS, document revisions, change control, deviations, CAPA).Basic knowledge of computer systems (e.g. Word, Excel, LIMS)Knowledge of cell-based bioassay and cell culture (preferred)Experience with inventory management a plus.High School diploma with 2+ years of experience; or associate degree with 0-2+ years of direct laboratory experience.Role model for company core values of trust, delighting our customers, Gemba, and Genki.
