Job Title: Global Social Media Manager Reporting to: CMO & CBO Role Summary: As the Global Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing and refining our social media strategy for Nikki Beach Hospitality Group’s brands, including Nikki Beach and Lucia Restaurants, across all channels, supporting the CMO & CBO in driving the brand's digital presence and engaging diverse global audiences. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and a strategic mindset to develop content that aligns with brand objectives. You’ll manage a team of Global Social Media Coordinators and work closely with the location teams to ensure all campaigns are consistent, innovative, and impactful. The Global Social Media Manager is responsible for day-to-day social media activities, supporting major campaigns, and ensuring that the brand message is cohesive across all platforms. Responsibilities: Content strategy development: Own Social Media accounts as well as assist in developing and executing a cohesive content strategy across all global social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest. Plan and create content that reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and identity, ensuring alignment with the broader brand goals. Campaign Launch and Coordination: Support the launch and management of social media campaigns, coordinating with the Social Media Coordinators to ensure they are executed seamlessly across different markets. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Brand Voice Consistency: Oversee the consistency of messaging across regional channels, working with the location teams to ensure the brand voice is upheld. Provide guidelines and feedback as needed to support local adaptations. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience engagement on global social media platforms. Act as a brand ambassador by managing online conversations, encouraging engagement, and fostering a positive online community. Trend & Innovation Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital innovations. Bring fresh ideas to the team and propose creative initiatives to keep the brand’s social presence engaging and relevant. Performance Reporting: Track key social media metrics, compiling regular performance reports for the CMO & CBO. Use data insights to make recommendations for content optimization and audience engagement improvements. Influencer and Partnership Development: Identify potential influencers, ambassadors, and collaboration opportunities that align with the brand’s values and audience. Support the development and management of influencer campaigns, tracking performance and engagement. Crisis Management Support: Assist in managing sensitive situations on social media, coordinating closely with PR and CMO & CBO to ensure a timely and thoughtful response to any issues or crises that may arise. Cross Function support: Collaborate with PR, Graphic Design team, and local marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with larger campaigns and product launches. Global Campaign Strategy: Lead the planning and management of global social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives across markets. Contribute to the development of the yearly social media strategy, incorporating insights from past performance and current trends to strengthen brand positioning globally. Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the social media budget, ensuring cost-effective use of funds across campaigns. Track spending closely and collaborate with finance to adjust allocations based on performance and strategic needs. Advertising Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid social media strategies to reach and engage target audiences. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of three social media coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Qualities: Proven experience in social media management (instagram, linkedin, facebook, tiktok, etc), content creation, and campaign execution, ideally within a global or multi-location brand. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing social media trends. Previous experience managing a team. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) Preferably hospitality experience Strong creative and strategic skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms. Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, Adobe and Dash Hundson Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform decisions. Flexibility and adaptability with work schedule. Ability to travel 3-4 times per year. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Miami office.
