Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Remote but Must Be LA Based)

We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Influencer Coordinator to join the team. This role will be primarily remote but will need to go into the office and to in-person events when needed. Working hours are from 9am - 6pm PST Monday through Friday. This role will be responsible for assisting in all tasks related to influencer marketing from paid partnerships, gifting, outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have fluency in all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest). We specialize in premium quality press-on nails and magnetic lashes along with a number of accompanying products and are carried in Ulta, Sephora, and a number of other retailers. Learn more about us here: https://glamnetic.com/pages/about-us Responsibilities Manage and negotiate high volume of influencer monthly partnerships for TikTok Shop, UGC content, or other paid efforts including contract execution, content brief creation, approving content, and reporting Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and affiliate management as will be working heavily on TT Shop Maintain influencer budgets and ensure timely payments to influencers Work closely with cross-functional teams such as social, ads, CRM etc. to share out and repurpose all influencer content Identify and build relationships with key influencers across multiple social platforms with a focus on beauty Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant Pitch new processes of managing our influencer programs to maximize efficiency and influencer returns Effectively own the building of PR gifting boxes and seeding lists for product launches Work to ideate and coordinate in-person branded events from the ground up including vendor set up and securing influencer attendees Management of weekly and monthly reporting decks on all influencer efforts Day-to-day communication with social, ads, marketing, and CRM to ensure all influencer efforts align with current business objectives and product launches Communicate with our PR agency to share influencer content, product launch information, upcoming event plans, gifting initiatives and more Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1 years previous experience in influencer marketing – experience in beauty is a plus Undergraduate degree in marketing, public relations, communications (or any other relevant field) Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines at a time Ability to work and quickie adapt in a fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing startup Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills for both internal and external communications Self-starter, quick learner, autonomous worker, and a motivated teammate Delivers against deadlines and has the ability to work under pressure Loves to interact with individuals and strategize engaging and fun marketing ideas Strong interest in the beauty industry Understanding of TikTok trends and popular social media lingo
